Objective

To introduce the VARNA product line (Varna Complete & Varna Diabetes) to the Cambodian market and drive initial sales through targeted sampling and point-of-sale activation.

Strategy:

  • Product sampling at selected GT & MT milk shops across Phnom Penh.
  • On-ground product education and engagement through brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborated with retailers to ensure visibility and trial at key touchpoints.
  • Reinforced messaging around VARNA’s benefits for immune support and diabetes care.

Execution Highlights:

Deployed branded POSM at milk stores.Sampling activities targeted caregivers and adults with specific health needs.Supported by field team to monitor and optimize in-store execution.
