Overview
As part of its long-term commitment to sustainable water usage, Comfort launched the impactful CSR campaign “Xả 1 lần cùng Comfort, tiết kiệm cho bạn, giúp vùng hạn, mặn”. The initiative extended the brand’s national movement, originally started in 2013, aiming to save 1 billion cubic meters of clean water for Vietnam.
In summer 2017, Comfort mobilized community action to help provinces severely affected by water scarcity and salinity. Through the collective effort of Vietnamese consumers and volunteers, the campaign delivered practical support to vulnerable regions.
Objectives
- Promote the habit of rinsing clothes once to save water
- Raise public awareness of water scarcity issues in Vietnam
- Deliver tangible support to drought- and salinity-affected communities
- Strengthen brand reputation through sustainable, purpose-driven action


Campaign Highlights
🚰 10 Clean Water Infrastructure Projects Built
- Constructed small-scale water systems in remote and water-stressed areas
🛢️ 1,000 Water Tanks Donated
- Provided large-capacity tanks to households in 15 provinces suffering from drought or saline intrusion
🙌 Community & Youth Engagement
- Partnered with Khanh Hoa Youth Volunteers 2017, fostering local participation
- Empowered young people to take part in both awareness and on-the-ground delivery
📢 Nationwide Consumer Participation
- Every purchase and water-saving act contributed to the campaign’s cumulative impact
- Turned individual eco-conscious actions into community-level change
