Challenge
The “Intelligent Synergy for Greener Tomorrow” leadership forum was conceived as a high-level, content-driven conference focusing on sustainable energy and smart lighting transformation in Vietnam.
Co-hosted by Signify Vietnam together with Deep C Industrial Zone, Tuổi Trẻ Newspaper, BIDV Bank, and the Dutch Business Association Vietnam (DBAV), with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the event brought together senior leaders, experts, and media representatives.
The organizing team faced several key challenges:
- Managing a VVIP-heavy agenda with frequent last-minute changes in speakers’ schedules and program flow
- Delivering a highly professional, future-forward visual language aligned with Signify’s global sustainability positioning
- Operating under extreme weather conditions, as unexpected heavy flooding caused by Storm No.5 significantly disrupted transportation from Hanoi to Hai Phong on the event day
Our Approach
- Translating the theme “Intelligent Synergy” into a strong visual and spatial narrative
- Designing a flexible stage and lighting system that could adapt to real-time agenda adjustments
- Maintaining program flow and guest experience despite transportation disruptions caused by severe weather
Key Highlights
The Key Visual was developed around the idea of synergy through intelligent energy.
Interconnected light beams and glowing dots symbolized collaboration and smart connectivity, using Signify’s core color palette blended with partner brand colors.
Custom typography was reinterpreted from the iconic light bulb form, with special emphasis on the keywords “GREENER” / “XANH”, reinforcing the sustainability message at the heart of the program.
3D Stage Design & Key Moment
- Elevated conference-style stage optimized for keynote presentations and panel discussions
- The iconic “S” logo of Signify was suspended in a floating installation, creating a strong visual focal point
- The program message was revealed as a key unveil moment, turning the conference narrative into a memorable visual highlight
Lighting Design
- Combination of Katana lights, LED matrix systems, and oval LED line accents
- Lighting effects balanced high aesthetic impact with a clean, professional conference tone, reinforcing Signify’s leadership in intelligent lighting solutions
Product Demo & Smart Lighting Booth
The product display and application booth remained a central attraction throughout the event.
BloomEvent coordinated closely with Signify’s technical team to:
- Select appropriate lighting products for live demonstration
- Design contextual installation scenarios
- Integrate smart control systems and electrical setups for clear, effective storytelling
This ensured that complex lighting technologies were communicated in a tangible and engaging way.
Results
- Successful delivery of a high-level leadership forum despite extreme weather challenges
- Strong engagement from senior executives, experts, and institutional partners, including the Embassy of the Netherlands and DBAV
- Although flooding limited transportation, one-third of invited guests still attended, demonstrating strong commitment and interest
- Highly positive feedback from Signify and partners on BloomEvent’s agility, creativity, and operational resilience
Had weather conditions been normal, attendance was projected to exceed the original target by up to 50%, reflecting the strong relevance of the program topic.
