Challenge

The Omachi Debut 2025 event was designed as an immersive street festival – “Quán xá Châu Á” – with thousands of attendees, multiple live performance zones, and a fully outdoor setup in downtown Saigon. The production crew faced three key challenges:

  • Capturing high-quality footage across a wide, crowded, and dynamic area
  • Operating in unpredictable weather conditions, including heavy rain during rehearsals and the live event
  • Maintaining smooth livestream transmission despite potential signal interference from surrounding infrastructure and overlapping drone flights

Our Approach

To ensure both visual impact and technical reliability, the OGV x Bloom team deployed a comprehensive multi-cam setup:

  • 11 cameras (gimbals + fixed rigs) for on-the-ground action
  • 2 drones for aerial shots of the crowd and stage setups
  • 1 PTZ camera for flexible, remote-controlled angles
  • Full wireless kits with redundancy protocols in case of signal loss

We also prepared a wet-weather operation plan:

  • Rainproof camera covers, mobile tents, raincoats for all operators
  • A dedicated backup crew for gear rotation and signal testing
  • Coordinated drone flight paths to avoid signal jamming or flight overlap

As the appointed production partner, Bloom was responsible for:

  • Multi-camera Livestream Production
  • Event Documentation (Video + Photo)
  • Design & Build of the KOL Red Carpet Experience and Photo Booth

The team rehearsed and operated in the rain, equipped with full protection gear: raincoats, lens covers, and mobile shelters.

🌟 KOL Red Carpet & Photo Booth Activation

Bloom conceptualized and delivered an interactive check-in zone for KOLs and influencers, consisting of:

  • A bold, visually striking Red Carpet entrance zone, complete with press wall and dynamic lighting
  • A custom-designed photo booth aligned with Omachi’s new brand identity – a perfect shareable moment for social content

This KOL zone became a magnet for online buzz, featuring appearances from:

  • Anh Tú – drawing a large crowd of Gen Z fans
  • Dozens of popular KOLs across lifestyle, fashion, and food verticals
  • Hundreds of livestream interactions and user-generated stories and reels

Results
