From March 16 to March 29, 2023, the activation and sampling campaign was rolled out at the two largest Emart supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City: Emart Phan Van Tri and Emart Sala. The product received enthusiastic feedback from customers, with many praising its delicious taste and making instant purchases – delivering KPIs beyond expectations.

Our Solution

Bloom designed and executed a two-week integrated activation campaign focusing on direct consumer engagement at retail. The campaign took place from March 16 to March 29, 2023, at Emart Phan Văn Trị and Emart Sala, two of the largest supermarkets in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key components of the campaign included:

  • Tasting & Sampling Zones: Shoppers were invited to try the new product on-site, experiencing the soft, rich flavor of the Opera cake firsthand.
  • Themed Product Presentation: Booths were decorated in the style of a classic European opera house, with elegant plate styling that highlighted the premium positioning of the product.
  • Interactive Photo Opportunity: Guests could dress up as “opera ladies” and pose for photos, enhancing their emotional connection with the brand.
  • Sales Promotion: Limited-time offers included a discounted price (from 60,000 VND to 50,000 VND) and 100% gift redemption for any purchase of one box or more.
