📅 February 26 – Strategy & Celebration

09:00 – 15:40 | Plenary Meeting
A full day of focused content, including business updates, strategy sharing, and success stories across markets. Interpretation support in 3 languages ensured inclusivity for all 11+ nationalities.

18:00 – 22:30 | Colors of Asia Night
A cultural gala dinner celebrating the rich diversity of the region. Colleagues dressed in traditional attire, enjoyed local performances, and shared in a colorful evening of pride and unity.

09:00 – 17:00 | Country Meeting
The final day was dedicated to market-specific deep dives. Country teams held strategic working sessions to localize key initiatives and solidify 2025 plans before heading back home—energized and aligned.
