Under the strict lockdown of HCMC (CT16), Bloom Event successfully delivered Lazada Vietnam’s first-ever fully virtual 9.9 kick-off event. With 13 videos produced in just one week and over 5,000 viewers nationwide, the project demonstrated fast action, creative adaptation, and seamless execution from home.
The Challenge
In the midst of HCMC’s strict CT16 lockdown, creating a large-scale internal event for Lazada’s 9.9 Mega Campaign seemed nearly impossible. But the Bloom team was determined to make it happen — virtually, and seamlessly.
Our Approach
We blended pre-recorded content with live MC engagement on a virtual stage to simulate the dynamic of an in-person event. Our production team overcame the distance by transforming home spaces into recording sets — eliminating the gap between studio and home quality.
