OVERVIEW
To reinforce its positioning as the go-to skincare brand for sensitive skin, Cetaphil Vietnam proudly launched its first-ever experience store at Watsons Vincom Đồng Khởi. This limited-time retail activation invited visitors to explore Cetaphil products in a completely new way — combining real-life product trials, exclusive promotions, and personalized skin consultations.
From creative design and booth production to developing a custom interactive app and managing on-ground PGs, our team delivered a 360° brand experience tailored to urban beauty consumers.
Creative Design & Production
The booth was designed with the theme of “clinical simplicity meets lifestyle care.” Clean aesthetics, gentle curves, and translucent layers created a modern dermatology-inspired look and feel, while warm lights and soft textures kept the space inviting.
Key design elements:
- Fully branded modular booth built for visibility and flow
- Backlit visual panels showcasing hero products
- An integrated interactive screen to guide consultations

Interactive App – A Digital Companion for PGs
We developed a touchscreen app as a central tool to support the PGs in delivering clear, confident, and personalized product recommendations. Features included:
- Smart skin profiling flow based on consumer needs
- Dynamic product matching engine
- Instant display of usage instructions & key ingredients
- Integration with promotional mechanics like the spin-the-wheel game
This allowed PGs to interact effortlessly and consistently with customers of all skin types.
