“Santa Factory” for Christmas and “Happy Tigers” to welcome the Lunar New Year 2022.

These community-centered events brought thousands of residents together through playful, meaningful activities—turning the urban residential zone into a wonderland of creativity, generosity, and cultural pride.

Results

The Santa Factory event created lasting emotional impressions among residents, especially children, fostering creativity and empathy through shared play and giving. The concert livestream attracted a wide digital audience, further enhancing Gamuda Land’s brand reach and seasonal connection.

The Tet activation with the “Happy Tigers” became a photo hotspot, generating high organic traffic and user-generated content across social media platforms.
