Objective

To support the official launch of GrowPLUS in Cambodia, introducing a mid-tier nutritional formula for children aged 0–4, while engaging both consumers and retailers through on-ground activation, digital promotion, and expert-led workshops.

Bloom's Role:

As BLOOM’s first market penetration project in Cambodia, this campaign demonstrated our cross-border capability in retail activation and localization. BLOOM handled the full campaign from planning to execution, combining gamified promotions with educational engagement for caregivers

Strategy:

  • Long-term activation across milk shops in Phnom Penh and nearby provinces.
  • Integrated App-based lucky draw mechanic to encourage purchases and build excitement.
  • Hosted on-site mini workshops featuring healthcare experts to educate mothers on nutrition and product benefits.
  • Developed point-of-sale materials, gift set displays, and coordinated with retail staff for smooth execution.
  • Execution Highlights:

    • In-store events at top baby retail chains like Keonimol.
    • Workshops led by local pediatric specialists to build trust and product credibility.
    • Attractive gifts (cookware, porcelain sets…) for participants and purchasers.
    • Branded setup, seating, and AV equipment provided for a premium experience.
