With the uplifting concept “Rise Up • Smile On,” BloomEvent created a virtual exhibition that the client instantly approved on first pitch.The online Innovation Fair featured five distinct stages, each sporting its own personality, palette, and spatial design—perfectly matched to the needs and interests of different product segments and target audiences.

Creative Process

Rapid Ideation – Aligned creative insights with “Rise Up • Smile On” to build an uplifting narrative across all digital touchpoints.Stage Design – Produced five 3D spaces, each with unique motion graphics, interactive hotspots, and product storytelling.Platform Development – Integrated livestream, on-demand content, and data analytics into a seamless browser-based environment.Audience Engagement – Added mini-games, polls, and treasure hunts to increase dwell time and capture leads.Launch & Support – Provided full technical rehearsal, live help-desk, and post-event reporting for the client.

Results

The Innovation Fair attracted a record number of visitors (figures can be inserted here), generated high-value leads per booth, and reinforced the client’s positioning as an innovator that “rises up” even in uncertain times.
