Overview:
For the first time ever in Vietnam, Clear Men introduced the “Scalp GYM” – a dynamic experiential space designed to educate and engage young male consumers on scalp health. The concept highlighted how men’s scalps face tougher conditions than women’s, and promoted Clear Men Cool Sport as the ultimate solution for long-lasting freshness and dandruff protection.

Scope of Work:
Bloom was in charge of end-to-end concept execution, including:
- Designing and producing a modular, mobile booth that could be easily disassembled and reassembled.
- Developing interactive challenge zones such as:
- Peppermint Football Court
- Swirl Basketball Zone
- Anti-Dandruff Moto Track
- 24H Cool Challenge Zone
- Engineering a custom-built transfer machine, and integrating a 200x scalp scope into the activation.
- Completing all production and technical build within 7–10 days, under high technical requirements.
The activation successfully delivered a bold, disruptive, and educational brand experience, positioning Clear Men as the No.1 ally for men’s scalp challenges.

The Clear Men Scalp GYM activation was a bold and innovative campaign that combined education, entertainment, and engineering. With a tight timeline and high production complexity, Bloom successfully brought to life a disruptive experience that resonated with Gen Z men. The activation not only boosted product visibility and engagement but also reinforced Clear Men’s leadership in the male grooming category through a fresh, unexpected brand experience.
