Bloom Event proudly partnered with Lazada to deliver not one, but two major events celebrating Lazada’s 7th Birthday in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi – under extreme time pressure and logistical challenges.

Ho Chi Minh City – 7th Birthday Bash

With only 4 days from brief to execution, the Bloom team broke internal records for speed and scale. From conceptual design to gifting production and the entire venue setup (stage, foyer, decoration), everything was done over a tight Lunar New Year period.

• Brief received: Jan 27 (Lunar December 27)
• Presentation: Feb 14 (Lunar Jan 10)
• Confirmation: 3 days later

While many agencies declined due to the timeline being “impossible,” Bloom stepped in and delivered a vibrant, seamless celebration – earning high praise from the Lazada team.

Hanoi – Super Birthday Bash Continues

Only 3 days after the HCMC show, the team moved north to Hanoi – right during the U.S.–North Korea Summit, which caused major roadblocks and venue restrictions due to security protocols.
Despite top 5-star venues being blocked for international delegates, Bloom managed to secure and activate a venue, coordinate with traffic authorities, and bring the event to life – on time, and with a strong turnout of Lazada sellers and partners.
