HMTC – 50 Years of Preserving Values, Growing with the City

HMTC’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, under the theme “HMTC – 50 Years of Preserving Values, Growing with the City,” took place on 26 August 2026, bringing together former and current leaders, partners, and generations of HMTC employees in a warm and emotional celebration.

The event featured two main chapters: the Ceremony and the Gala Dinner, marking five decades of HMTC’s journey alongside the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

For 50 years, HMTC has evolved alongside the city—from its origins under the former Department of Housing and Public Works, through various stages of municipal management, and now as part of HFIC. The anniversary was not only a celebration of its long-standing journey, but also an opportunity to honor the people who have contributed to HMTC throughout the years.

Many former and current employees have dedicated 42, 30, and 20 years of their lives to the organization. Their stories became the emotional foundation for Bloom Event to create “Dấu Ấn Hành Trình” (Journey of Imprints), a documentary-style video that captured the people, milestones, and values that have shaped HMTC over five decades.

Bloom Event’s Role

With only two weeks of preparation, Bloom Event delivered the project from concept to execution, including:

• Produced “Dấu Ấn Hành Trình” — filming on location and at HMTC, conducting interviews, and developing the final video.
• Designed the 50th Anniversary Yearbook, featuring 120 pages documenting HMTC’s journey and milestones.
• Designed and produced the Ceremony & Gala Dinner, including key visuals, stage production, the 50-year journey exhibition area, fresh-flower decoration, and event setup.
• Managed event personnel and coordinated the overall program, ensuring smooth execution throughout the event.
• Provided event media production, including photography, videography, and QR-code photography services.

A Celebration of the Past, A Step Toward the Future

The 50th anniversary was a meaningful moment for HMTC to honor the people who built its legacy, preserve the values accumulated over five decades, and embrace the responsibilities and opportunities of the journey ahead.
